Abstract

The article discusses issues of general and judicial rhetoric. Based on the works of domestic scientists in the field of rhetoric, the author analyzes the formation and evolutionary development of judicial rhetoric, considers the role of outstanding specialists in this process, analyzes in detail the theory of statuses and other concepts that influenced the formation of modern judicial rhetoric.
