Abstract

The problem of preserving the health of student youth involves an axiological context (examining students' health values, identifying their motivation for healthy lifestyles, etc.). Social transformations can be a factor in changing the value orientations of modern students. These conditions create a new context for exploring healthy lifestyle problems, revealing their place in students' values. The purpose of this article is to substantiate and highlight the components, criteria and indicators of axiological attitude towards healthy student life. The identified components, criteria and indicators become the basis for determining students' levels of personal education. The following components of axiological attitude towards healthy lifestyles are investigated in the article: cognitive-target (knowledge about health and a healthy lifestyle, values of health and healthy lifestyle, axiological attitude towards goal achievement), motivational value (attitude towards one's own health, skills, positive emotions, interest and needs for a healthy lifestyle), regulatory activity (actions and behaviors that promote a healthy lifestyle: meeting the requirements of a healthy lifestyle in everyday life), and levels that show their formation: high, medium, low. Understanding the levels of formation of axiological attitude to a healthy lifestyle contributes to solving the problem and allows us to draw some conclusions about the effectiveness of this process. The prospect of further exploration is outlined, which is to develop a model of formation of axiological attitude towards healthy lifestyle of student youth. Key words: axiological attitude, healthy lifestyles, health, components of healthy lifestyles, levels of formation of axiological attitude.
