Abstract
The article proposes criteria for assessing the management of innovative processes in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the basis of a point system, the study of indicators of international indices, based on the results of which calculations are made.The purpose of the study is to develop a unified methodology for assessing the effectiveness of management of innovation processes in the ICT field and to provide recommendations for its application in practice.Scientific novelty of the research:1. It is proposed to use international ratings when assessing innovation processes in the field of information and communication technologies.2. The structure of indicators that form the overall value of the effectiveness of management of the innovation process in the field of information and communication technologies has been developed.3.
