Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between image of university Taekwondo instructor and various variables(positive emotions toward university Taekwondo instructor, trust in instructor, exercise commitment, and adherence) for basic data and understanding instructor image. The subjects of this study was college Taekwondo athlete of six region university and 587 questionnaires were used as the final statistics data. The SPSS 22.0 programs were used to frequency analysis, EFA (exploratory factor analysis), reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follow: First, role, job awareness, disposition, and profession of image’s sub factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on positive emotions. Second, role, disposition, and profession of image’s sub factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on trust in instructor. Third, role and disposition of image’s sub factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on cognitive commitment Forth, role of image’s sub factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on behavioral commitment. Fifth, role, disposition and profession of image’s sub factors in Taekwondo instructor had significant influence on exercise adherence.
