Abstract

The socio-psychological factors of the management process in complex organizational systems are considered, as well as factors influencing the staff of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia in everyday life. The management process is shown as a kind of management cycle of the process of functioning of a complex system, as well as the positive and negative qualities of different categories of employees in the performance of their official duties in the conditions of daily activity, on which the head must make appropriate decisions, are presented.
