Abstract
The article examines the current aspects of development of constitutional justice in the context of digitalization; the processes and prospects of using new information technologies in the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the issues of establishing a digital justice, development of legislation and judicial practice reflecting the processes of implementation of digital technologies in judicial activity, as well as the limits and further development of digitalization of constitutional justice. Today, digital transformation makes it possible to bring public administration to the level of maximum transparency, accessible to citizens. During the pandemic, it made it possible to successfully resolve many issues of interaction between citizens and the state in a remote format. Its development will continue further. This paper was presented at the International Scientific and Practical Conference “E-justice: Challenges and Opportunities in the Digital Era” (September 26-27, 2022, v.
