Abstract
В последние два десятилетия произошли большие революционные изменения в обыденной жизни общества и государства. Основной движущей силой этих преобразований стала масштабная цифрови- зация. Этот процесс охватывает разнообразные сферы, включая образование, обслуживание, экономику и ор- ганизацию государственных услуг. Цифровизация затрагивает не только повседневную жизнедеятельность, но и область права, включая судебную систему. В этой связи особую значимость приобретает электронное право- судие, которое представляет собой комплекс мер и технических средств, позволяющих осуществлять судопро- изводство с использованием электронных технологий. In the last two decades, revolutionary and major changes have taken place in the everyday life of society and the state. The main driving force behind these transformations has been large-scale digitalization. This process covers a variety of areas, including education, services, economics and the organization of public services. Digitalization affects not only everyday life, but also the field of law, including the judicial system. In this regard, electronic justice is of particular importance, which is a set of measures and technical means that allow conducting legal proceedings using electronic technologies.
