Abstract
В статье рассматривается возможность регулирования киберпространства при помощи норм права. Опровергается мнение о невозможности такого регулирования. Описывается прогресс ООН в данном направлении. На основе анализа принятых данной организацией документов, направленных на регулирование цифрового пространства, автором предлагается классификация норм о поведении государств в сети «Интер- нет» и раскрывается, почему нормативно-правовое регулирование данного пространства является обоснован- ным шагом. The article is devoted to the question of the possibility of regulating cyberspace using legal norms. The opinion that such regulation is impossible is refuted. The progress of the UN in this direction is described. Based on an analysis of the documents adopted by this organization aimed at regulating the digital space, the author proposes a classification of norms on the behavior of states on the Internet and substantiates why the legal regulation of this space is a reasonable step.
