Abstract
The work is devoted to the study of multibeam phased array beam forming networks, based on Butler matrix and Rotman lens. The study was made with similar conditions of the same telecommunications satellite service area. The microstrip circuit pattern was developed, the amplitude and phase frequency response were investigated, arrays directional patterns for beam forming variants were calculated. Evaluation of adjacent ray overlay inside service area boundary was carried out. Conclusions about acceptability of the proposed beam forming networks were made.
