Abstract
The article provides an overview of the tools that the integrated Hospital Information System of a medical organization such as able to offer to a Clinical Pharmacologist. The main activities of the Clinical Pharmacologist are considered, including: consultation of a Clinical Pharmacologist, a Drug Formulary; ABC/VEN analysis; frequency analysis; control of polypharmacy; control of antimicrobial therapy, SCAT. The use of HIS in the work of Clinical Pharmacologist is illustrated by examples from software products presented on the IT market of the Russian Federation.
