Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of implementation of e-government in public administration in Ukraine. It is shown that this process faces certain obstacles, but is irreversible, since the state plans to introduce a number of measures to stimulate it. The study proposes to use the concept of e-government in the design of educational information and communication environment to manage the educational industry. For this purpose, the previously proposed structural-object approach is used, the main features of which are the decomposition of the organizational structure of the organization “from top to bottom” and the synthesis of the corresponding administrative (production) processes and impacts “bottom-up”. Formation and use of the educational information and communication environment designed in such a way will provide conditions for the collection, storage, distribution and integrated use of all types of information educational resources, free access to them by all interested parties, will increase the effectiveness of public authorities in this area.
