Abstract
The article is devoted to the relevant problem of pediatrics - treatment of acute respiratory infections in children. It examines the feasibility of a comprehensive treatment of colds in children with mandatory use of non-sedating antihistamines that increase the effectiveness of conventional treatment and prevent the development of allergic complications.

В связи с этим важен правильный уход за кожей младенца для профилактики и лечения пеленочного дерматита. В статье характеризуются факторы риска развития пеленочного дерматита, а также основные принципы ухода за кожей новорожденных. Любые дефекты ухода за кожей здорового и особенно больного ребенка представляют собой дополнительные факторы риска нарушения целостности кожных покровов и, как правило, являются причиной его беспокойства и страдания. Который практикуется в акушерских стационарах с использованием проточной воды, обработки кожи растительным маслом, в настоящее время неприемлем для ухода за больными новорожденными. Пеленочный дерматит развивается вследствие механического воздействия (трения) и длительного контакта кожи ребенка с мокрой пеленкой, неправильно подобранным подгузником. Тугое пеленание больного ребенка может стать причиной не только пеленочного дерматита, но и приводить к другим нежелательным последствиям: I.I. Ryumina.
