سمات الشخصية وعلاقتها بجودة الخدمات الإرشادية لدى المرشدين الطلابيين

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين السمات الشخصية وجودة الخدمات الإرشادية لدى المرشدين الطلابيين بمکة المکرمة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد تکونت عينة البحث من (94) مرشدا من المرشدين الطلابيين في جميع المراحل الدراسية، واستخدم الباحث مقياس أيزنک للشخصية، ترجمة عبدالخالق (1991)، ومقياس جودة الخدمات الإرشادية من إعداد عبدالله والغانمي( 2016). وأسفر البحث عن النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة إحصائية ذات دلالة بين سمات الشخصية وجودة الخدمات الإرشادية، کما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين بعد الانبساطية وجودة الخدمات الإرشادية عند مستوى 0.001 وعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية سالبة بين بعد العصابية وجودة الخدمات الإرشادية بينما لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الخدمات الإرشادية وبعد الذهانية، کما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المرشدين المتخصصين وغير المتخصصين في سمات الشخصية وفقا لمتغير التخصص، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة الخدمات الإرشادية وفقا متغير التخصص لصالح المتخصصين، وأخيرا يمکن التنبؤ بجودة الخدمات الإرشادية من بعد الانبساطية. وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة إجراء اختبارات مهنية للمواءمة بين شخصية المرشد ومهنة الإرشاد عند إجراءات الترشح للقبول بها، زيادة المقاعد الجامعية في مجال تخصص الإرشاد، إعادة صياغة نموذج تقويم الأداء الوظيفي للمرشد الطلابي وإضافة المزيد من معايير سمات الشخصية فيها والتنسيق مع الجامعات لإجراء دورات أکثر مهنية من تلک التي تقام في مراکز التدريب على أيدي أکاديميين متخصصين في مجال التوجيه والإرشاد، بالإضافة إلى الإفادة مما وضعته المؤسسات التعليمية في الدول المتقدمة من معايير لجودة الخدمات الإرشادية. Abstract This research aimed to identify the relationship between personality traits and quality of counseling services of educational counselors in Makkah, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (94) counselors from all academic levels of public education, and the researcher used Eysenk scale of personality, translation Abdul khaliq (1991), and quality of counseling services scale prepared by Abdullah& al- Ghanmi (2016) . The study reached to the following results: there is statistically significant correlation between personality traits and quality of counseling services, and there is correlation statistically significant positive between extraversion and quality of counseling services, while there is no correlation statistically significant between the quality counseling services and Psychoticism, and researcher found correlation statistically significant negative between the quality counseling services and Neuroticism, there are no statistically significant differences between the counselor specialists and non-specialists in personality traits according to the variable of specialization, while there is statistically significant differences in the quality of counseling services according variable of specialization in favor of specialists and finally may can predict by the quality of counseling services from extraversion. The researcher recommended to prepare some tests to harmonize between personality traits and counseling career when the department of counseling and guidance want candidateship some teachers for counseling, and make relationship with universities to preparing professional courses by academics better than that taken in the training centers.
