Abstract

The legal grounds for the production of forensic psychological treatment of minors in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed. The functional-target and subject-content specificity of the forensic psychological examination of minors has been revealed. The basics and features of the production of forensic psychological examination in relation to minors in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus are investigated. The study used general scientific and special methods of cognition: the dialectical method of cognition of legal reality, along with it the structural and logical method was used (the role of a psychologist and a teacher in conducting a forensic psychological examination is revealed)
