Abstract

The problem of unevenness analysis of economic development in the globalization conditions of world economy is of great importance. Without regard to fundamental base on these questions, the estimation of unevenness of resources allocation and their influence on efficiency of the use of potential of national economy requires subsequent researches. The purpose of the article consists in development of the scientific methodical approach to the analysis of economic development unevenness in the aspect of entropy estimations of the potential use of national economy. Relationships of potential with ability to execute work is the basis of offered approach. Potential of national economy as energy which is needed for realization of any activity has been suggested. The conduct of the national economy system is interpreted as follows: with the increase of entropy in the system, the level of chaos rises, and vice versa – with passing of the system to the high-quality high level of organization, value of entropy diminishes. The most effective use of potential is characterized thus the minimum production of entropy. Relationships of entropy and efficiency of the potential use on the degree of it concentration in the subsystems of national economy have been determined. During researches the interval of rational concentration of potential of national economy has been set. The algorithm of management of national economy potential has been developed. The conducted researches allowed to set that diminishing of entropy results in the increase of efficiency of the potential use of the system of national economy.
