Abstract

This article examines the influence of socio-economic factors on the processes of professional orientation and employment of the population. The article examines how economic, social and cultural factors influence people’s choice of profession, employment opportunities and the situation on the labor market. The analysis shows that socio-economic factors have a significant impact on the professional orientation of people and the results of employment. Separately, the article studies the specifics of the labor market in Russia, highlighting unique aspects that affect professional orientation and employment outcomes in the country.
