Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of a strategic partnership between higher education organisations and potential employers demanding for labor force. The main mission of universities is to train specialists in accordance with professional standards, which, in turn, are a normative requirement for recruitment and further rotation of personnel. Thus, higher education organisations and employers are the subjects of one market, the labor market, and are in constant interaction, the success of which depends on the arrangements and the fullness of their implementation. In modern business practice, strategic partnerships are widely distributed in organisations of different forms of ownership and sector specificity, and are one of the efficient management models. In this regard, we consider the development of a tool to harmonise the interests of higher education institutions and potential employers of the productive and non-productive spheres of activity on the terms of mutually beneficial strategic partnership to be of priority. Materials and methods. The results of research studies by scientists in the field of integration processes were used as the methodological base. A significant number of domestic and foreign publications are devoted to theoretical foundations and practice of strategic partnership in the system of higher education. A great contribution to the study of various aspects of university management was made by the works of the following scientists: L.G. Milyaeva, O.V. Borisova, A.A. Borisova, E.D. Voznesenskaya, N.M. Vinokurova, A.K. Klyueva, D.L. Konstantinovsky, O.N. Pavlova, I.V. Taraskina, E.S. Timofeeva, A.G. Efendieva and others. However, despite many existing recommendations, a universal tool for coordinating the interests of interaction between higher education institutions and potential employers as the main consumer of educational services has not been formed. This range of issues requires theoretical and practical justification, what makes the topic of research relevant and determines the setting of the goals and objectives of the publication. This article outlines the main aspects of integration processes in the field of strategic partnership, presents approaches to harmonising the interests of universities and employers in the fields of subject-oriented training, internships, graduates employment, advanced training and reorientation of personnel. Research result. A description of the cause-effect relationships of integration processes is given. It is shown that the integration approach in the training of labor resources on the basis of the harmonisation of interests in the production-educational, research-and-production and production-infrastructure levels of interaction between universities and potential employers will allow to strengthen the competitive advantages of the subjects of strategic partnership. Considerations and conclusions. The author's research hypothesis is based on the fact that for sustainable development and strengthening of competitive advantages in the market of educational services, universities need to prioritise the development of integration in the business environment.
