Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze Relationship among Implicit Beliefs on ability of exercise, selfcontrol ability and Exercise Adherence by college students whom ajor in Taekwondo. For this purpose, The subjects of this study were university students who are enrolled at physical education department in 4-yearuniversity in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed by using a convenience sampling method. Among 250 questionnaires, 17 copies were found unusable because they were incomplete. So a total of 233 questionnaires were used in actual data analysis. Data which is obtained through self-administration was analyzed using by the frequency analysis, correlation coefficient, factor analysis and multiple regression. The results of analysis are as follows. First, Implicit Beliefs of Taekwondo major college students had a positive influence on self-control ability. Second, Implicit Beliefs of Taekwondo major college students had positive influence on Exercise Adherence. Third, self-control ability of Taekwondo major college students had positive influence on Exercise Adherence. Data which is obtained through self-administration was analyzed using by the frequency analysis, correlation coefficient, factor analysis and multiple regression. Results are as follows.
