Abstract

The article considers applied research on the analysis of the competitiveness of a par-ticular enterprise in the field of manufacture and sale of sanitary equipment in modern crisis conditions. The authors analyzed the company's activities, on the basis of SWOT and PEST analyses, identified the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, identified its main competitors, pointed out the possi-bility of import substitution of products, iden-tified the problems faced by enterprises in modern conditions. All this made it possible to develop recommendations for improving the competitiveness of the company and recommend them to the management of the enterprise.
