The authors of the article classify problems as recurring (similar) and new (unexpectedly arising) due to the challenges of the time.Problems that arise annually include problems related to the selection and approval of teaching staff, prolongation of the formation of training content, updating the educational and methodological complex for the educational process, and others. The authors also point out the need to improve the conditions, methods, techniques and technologies for teachers’ feedback to both master’s students and graduates. The authors believe that social practices in schools and society, as well as their diversity, are a new response to modern challenges. The article emphasizes the need to develop popularization skills among master's degree graduates, which is also seen as a promising innovation in the training of future specialists. The contents of the article and recommended literature may be useful to undergraduates, graduate students, teachers of master's programs and anyone interested in the issues of training specialists to work in the field of spiritual and moral education.
