Abstract

This article analyzes the definition of reverse logistics in foreign and Russian literature, highlights the problem of indistinct concepts in Russian science in the form of several terms that define one phenomenon, namely: retro logistics, return logistics, reverse logistics. Also, reverse logistics is distinguished as a section of logistics with similar material, financial and information flows. The author gives his definition of the financial and information flows in reverse logistics. As part of the definition of financial flow in reverse logistics, a brief description of the reverse processes in logistics is given, indicating the existence of a supporting and consolidating function of financial flow in the reverse logistics system. The definition of reverse material flow is refined and supplemented.

Introduction

Введение Усиление конкуренции, вызванное глобализацией и быстрым техническим прогрессом, вынуждает организации прилагать усилия для повышения эффективности своих цепочек поставок. Для начала необходимо отметить проблему определения в отечественной науке такого явления, как движение логистических потоков в направлении, противоположном стандартным, прямым потокам. Все перечисленные определения очень схожи – как можно наблюдать, все они в какой-то мере говорят о наличии обратного движения потоков, а также упоминают, что это движение является контролируемым, то есть оно подвергается планированию, управлению и другим функциям общего логистического подхода.
