В условиях стремительного развития цифровых технологий вопрос правовой охраны программ в инновационном процессе и трансфере технологий становится все более актуальным. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью правовой защиты программных продуктов, которые в свою очередь используются в технологиях реабилитации, что способствует стимулированию инноваций и привлечению инвестиций в отрасль. Методы научного исследования: аналитический метод; сравнительно-правовой метод; системный подход. Анализ показал, что интеграция инноваций и программных продуктов в процессы реабилитации положительно сказывается как на экономике, способствуя оптимизации расходов, так и на повышении качества медицинского обслуживания. Развитие системы патентной охраны частей программных продуктов будет играть ключевую роль в стимулировании и повышении эффективности инновационного процесса в реабилитационной индустрии, а также обеспечении эффективного трансфера технологий в условиях цифровой экономики. In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, the issue of legal protection of programs in the innovation process and technology transfer is becoming increasingly relevant. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for legal protection of software products, which in turn are used in rehabilitation technologies, which helps to stimulate innovation and attract investment in the industry. Methods of scientific research: analytical method; comparative legal method; systems approach. The analysis showed that the integration of innovations and software products into rehabilitation processes has a positive effect on both the economy, contributing to the optimization of costs, and on improving the quality of medical care. The development of a patent protection system for parts of software products will play a key role in stimulating and increasing the efficiency of the innovation process in the rehabilitation industry, as well as ensuring effective technology transfer in the context of the digital economy.
