Категорійна типологія напівфразеологізованих речень та семантичні модуси

Abstract

The study of the semantics of semi-phraseologized sentences as one of the types of non-segmented phraseologized sentences in the syntactic system of the Ukrainian language requires special attention. The relevance of the study is due to the need to systematize all semantic varieties of non-segmented phraseologized sentences of the modern Ukrainian language. The purpose of the article is to organize the semantic types of semi-phraseologized sentences on a categorical basis, to determine the semantic and grammatical manifestations of the components in their phrase complexes. In the process of research such scientific methods as analysis, generalization, systematization, modeling method, method of linguistic interpretation of research results are applied. Phraseosyntactic meaning was formed in the structure of non-segmented semi-phraseologized sentences as a result of syntactic phraseologization. The main components are generalized in content, independent of the specific lexical content of the semi-phraseological sentence. The categorical meaning of semi-phraseologized sentences is expressed in the attitude of the speaker to the reported, to one of the participants in communication, the nature of the relationship of the content of the sentence to reality. According to the categorical feature, four semantic groups of semi-phraseologized sentences are distinguished: with the categorical meaning «affirmation», «negation», «assessment» and «expression of will». There are types of sentences within the named groups . Modes in phrase complexes of semi-phraseologized sentences are analyzed. Semantic-grammatical forms of explication of constant and variable components in phrase complexes of semi-phraseologized sentences are characterized. Semantic types are determined by the specifics of modal semantics, which is assigned to the phrase complex. We see the prospect of further scientific research in the study of semi-phraseologized sentences in the linguocognitive aspect.
