Third, the subject showed positive changes in the level of sport psychological skill, such as self-confidence, concentration, goal achievement, team balance, imagery, and anxiety control after carrying out psychological skill training program.BR Through the above results, psychological skill training to the national skier has been shown to effectively increase the level of the psychological skill along with the reduction in the sports competition anxiety and competitive state anxiety.
