Method: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we surveyed dance sports participants (280 effective samples). A total of eight hypotheses were analyzed using frequency, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factor, path analysis and structural equation modeling through SPSS and AMOS statistics. Results: First, participation motivation, self-efficacy, and exercise commitment had a positive effect on exercise adherence. Second, participation motivation and self-efficacy had a positive effect on exercise commitment. Third, participation motivation had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Fourth, self-efficacy was partially mediated by the path from participation motivation to exercise commitment, and from participation motivation to exercise adherence.
