Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among each variable of achievement goal orientation, passion for dance, and self-management of dance majors.<BR> Method: To conduct this study, 203 copies were used for the final analysis by using the sampling method in the table for dance college students. For data processing, statistical analysis methods of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program.<BR> Results: As a result, it was found that self-management and interpersonal management had a positive effect on task goal orientation and harmony passion, while mental management had positive effects on task goal orientation and self-goal orientation, and compulsive passion & harmony passion of dance passion. Lastly, it appeared task goal orientation and obsessive passion were found to have positive effects on training management.<BR> Conclusion: In summary, the achievement goal orientation and passion for dance of dance college students are important factors for self-management.
