Abstract

In this study, considering the characteristics of the hotel industry, the relationship between the organizational virtues of the head chef of the hotel and the employee's job enthusiasm was identified. It is intended to provide implications for To summarize the research results of this thesis, first, it was found that the organizational virtues of the head chef of a hotel had a statistically significant (+) effect on job enthusiasm. Second, the executive chef's organizational virtue was found to have a significant (+) effect on the emotional commitment of employees. Third, it was found that employees' job zeal had a significant (+) effect on their emotional commitment. Finally, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of emotional commitment between the executive chef's organizational virtue and job zeal, which is the core of this paper, it was found to have a complete mediating effect. This means that job enthusiasm can be improved through job satisfaction, trust, and a sense of calling due to emotional immersion in forming relationships with employees due to the executive chef's virtuous behavior in organizational management. importance has been demonstrated.
