Abstract

The purpose of this study is to first examine the influence and change of supervisor"s organizational virtue on employees" innovation behavior. Accordingly, this study provides implications for efficient human resource development and management through emotional commitment of employees. As a result of the empirical analysis, the organizational virtue of the supervisor had a positive effect on emotional commitment and innovation behavior. In addition, innovation behavior has a mediating effect on emotional commitment. First, it is necessary to create an organizational atmosphere that is shared and embraced through coordination and cooperation among members who lead the organization"s innovation behavior. Second, the emphasis was placed on the importance of organizational virtue and innovation behavior. Also, it was confirmed that the value of sharing into the organization and emotional commitment through a culture of cooperation was more important. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the emotional commitment to the organization of the hotel.
