Abstract

The article presents a study of the cognitive component of a sustainable future professional psychologist. Professional stability — it is property of the person, which manifests the intensity, effectiveness and sustainability of professional orientation. The structure of the cognitive component includes: knowledge of the laws of the future professional work in the field of practical psychology; knowledge of the principles, direction, technology psychological activities; domain-specific knowledge; knowledge of the self. According to the survey see that most students of psychology focused on self-improvement in professional activities, seeking to acquire the activities of the internal components and are ready for constructive self-assertion, but have a low level of internalization of inner experience and theoretical knowledge into practical skills. In the result of theoretical analysis, it has been found out that in the conditions of future professional activity the learning role in overcoming stress and optimizing unfavorable emotional states begins to belong to emotional and volitional self-regulation as a component of professional stability, in whose process inner personality man’s resources are revealed that give him relative freedom of the circumstances, providing an opportunity of self-actualization even in the most difficult conditions. In intensive and difficult conditions man can manage his state, using different ways of self-influence and self-regulation. Formation of professional stability is one of the most important components of the preparation of the future psychologist who will be able to request the modern Ukrainian society to solve a number of diverse tasks in various industries.
