Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among the showing an example group activity participation of the Taekwondo specialty university students, self-fulfillment and Ego-Identity. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which self-fulfillment consisted of questions regarding as identified by Min(1986) and Ego-Identity consisted of questions regarding as identified by Park(1999). The questionnaire`s validity was evaluated by a panel of experts, and its reliability was evaluated by computing the Cronbach alpha values. Since the values ranged from .58 to .70, the questionnaire was deemed to be reliable. 240 subjects were selected from University in seoul and Gyeonggi do of Korea by the stratified cluster random sampling method. The data analyses consisted of employing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, standard multiple regression using SPSS/PC version 10.0. The following results were obtained: Firstly, the self-fulfillment and Ego-Identity are partially difference by Socio-demographic characteristics. Secondly, the self-fulfillment is partially difference by the showing an example group activity participation of the Taekwondo specialty university students. Thirdly, the Ego-Identity is partially difference by the showing an example group activity participation of the Taekwondo specialty university students. Lastly, self-fulfillment along with the showing an example group activity participation of the Taekwondo specialty university students influence on Ego-Identity.
