Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of using innovative components in theprocess of increasing the level of professional competence of civil servants. The analysis of socio-political tendencies, changes in the system of education, structural shifts, made the factors contributing to the introduction of innovations in the process of training, retraining and raising the skills of civil servants. The main factors determining the necessity of constant scientifically substantiated use of innovative components in the process of raising the level of professional competence of civil servants are determined.
