Abstract

The article deals with the concept of social and labor relations, social partnership as a type of social and labor relations, and mechanisms of social partnership. The mechanisms for the development of social and labor relations in the research literature reflect the concept, nature and features of the development of social partnership in Russia. The article also describes the methodology for the study of social and labor relations, including legal documents regulating social and labor relations. The relevance of social partnership is substantiated. The main mechanisms for the development of social partnership in Platov South-Russian State Polytechnic University are analyzed.
