Abstract

In the understanding of social partnership, two approaches are described: intersectoral and trade unionist. In this publication, the authors turn to the trade unionist theory of social partnership, understanding it from the point of view of social and labor relations. What are the limitations in the development of social partnership in the field of work? The authors have undertaken a study of the satisfaction of employees of organizations with social partnership. The analysis of following the principles of social partnership in the organization, attitude to the Collective agreement is carried out. The results allow us to conclude that there is a positive dynamics in the development of social partnership, at the same time, there is partial satisfaction with social partnership, there are limitations in the form of lack of awareness of social partnership as a multi-level system, lack of understanding among respondents about the possibilities of participation in the regulation of social and labor relations on the part of all participants in social partnership, including, the employees themselves. Following all the principles of social partnership outlined in the Labor Code would mean a more perfect development of social partnership in the field of labor.
