Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study and develop the theoretical foundations of the formation of organizational culture. Tasks: clarifying the essence, elements and typology of organizational culture, building an organizational culture management model. A hypothesis has been put forward about the possibility of building an organizational culture management model, on the basis of which measures for its improvement can be formed. The article proposes a refined formulation of the definition of organizational culture. The composition of the elements of culture has been established, in which the main features of classification are the division into explicit (visible) and implicit (latent) elements. The general structure of the elements, including six features, has been clarified. Approaches to the typology of culture are presented. An organizational culture management model has been built, which has input, output and feedback. It is noted that the most important element of the model is the diagnosis of organizational culture. Such a diagnosis is most objectively carried out on the basis of a questionnaire. The principal composition of the areas for the extended questionnaire is proposed.
