Abstract

This study aims to provide useful data for career counseling and career education for judo major college students by examining the relationship between learning motivation and career adaptability according to self-differentiation of judo major college students, and to provide basic data for rational career decision-making by enhancing career adaptability of judo major college students. To conduct the study, I visited Y University in Gyeonggi-do and sampled university students who are currently attending the Department of Judo. The data collection period was about one month from August to September 2021, and the survey method was conducted by using Naver Office to 300 judo major students. Total 294 data were used for analysis, excluding the data of incomplete and insincere, out of the total 300 data collected. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS/WIN 26.0 version, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted using AMOS/WIN 26.0 version. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, Hypothesis 1 that self-differentiation of judo major college students will have a significant effect on learning motivation was adopted. Second, Hypothesis 2 that self-differentiation of judo major college students will have a significant effect on career maturity was adopted. Third, Hypothesis 3 that the motivation of learning of judo major students will have a significant effect on career maturity was adopted.Through this, it is judged that the fact that the importance and meaning of self-differentiation and learning motivation for career adaptability were explored and the possibility of intervention through career counseling was confirmed, which provided important implications for career-related counseling and major education of judo major college students.
