Анализ развития морских пассажирских перевозок в Приморском крае

Abstract

С позиций исторической ретроспективы прослежена история развития морских пассажирских перевозок в Приморском крае. Показаны основные проекты, проанализированы типы, проектные характеристики и количество судов, используемых в разные периоды для осуществления пассажирских перевозок. Перечислены основные факторы, условия и особенности отрасли, влияющие на эффективность эксплуатации морских пассажирских судов в Приморском крае. Отмечены потенциальные направления развития системы морских пассажирских перевозок, а также необходимость проектирования и постройки новых судов с учетом комплексного (системного) подхода к решению задач обновления состава и пополнения структуры пассажирского флота. At present paper we present the research results devoted to the analysis of the development of maritime passenger transportation in the Primorsky Krai with point of view the historical retrospective. The popular passenger vessels projects are presented. The type, quantity and design characteristics of the vessels used in different time periods for passenger transportation are analyzed. The external factors, conditions and features of the shipping industry affecting to the operation efficiency of passenger vessels in the region are listed in the paper. The potential directions of development of the system of marine passenger transportation are noted. Based on the analysis of real operation conditions the article says about the necessity of design and construction of new vessels, with taking into account the system approach to solving the problems of reconstruction and structure renewal of passenger fleet.
