Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of justifying the didactic approach, which is determined as one of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the systematic use of digital components of the educational segment of the Republican information and educational environment in educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus. The purpose of the study is to determine the theoretical provisions that make up one of the scientific and methodological grounds for effective integration of high-tech teaching tools into the didactic process, taking into account continuity at the levels of general secondary and higher education in the Republic of Belarus. The focus of the scientific search for the author is actualized by the deployment of processes of digital transformation of education both in the Republic of Belarus and in the post-Soviet space, which is one of the important trends in the development of the educational sphere in the emerging society of the digitalization era. The methodological basis of the study is a comparative-comparative analysis of the array of sources that are presented by scientific publications on the issues under consideration, as well as documents of state programs in the field of digitalization of education in the Republic of Belarus. Based on the generalizations made, the author determined the determinants that determine the interest of the scientific community in studying a set of issues related to the intensive integration of innovative information and communication technologies into the educational activities of its subjects. The problematic field of research is outlined, which in its scientific novelty allows from the standpoint of modern methodology to solve the current problems of pedagogical science. Together with the concretization of the conceptual and terminological apparatus and the understanding of the phenomenological essence of the digitalization of education, the author highlighted the meaningful characteristics of electronic educational resources — innovative teaching tools used in the context of the technologization of educational activities. The justification of the didactic approach allows you to determine the potential, functionality, as well as the originality of the use of high-tech components of the educational segment of the specific environment of pedagogical interaction — the Republican information and educational environment.
