Abstract
The textbook reveals the essence of innovation management in a complex of disciplines on the theory of situational and adaptive approach and practice of financial management and the essence of the problem innovative development of the enterprise, the analysis of innovative activity of Russian enterprises is given. The theoretical aspects of innovation analysis are formed on the principles of systems theory, situational innovation management and investment assessment methods, on the assessment of the economic efficiency of production. System analysis is presented as the basis of innovation process management. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation.
