ВОПРОСЫ АВТОМАТИЗАЦИИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ НА ПРЕДПРИЯТИИ (ПО МАТЕРИАЛАМ ОАО "МАХАЧКАЛИНСКИЙ ГОРМОЛЗАВОД")

Abstract

The article discusses the experience of implementing and using an automated project management system (ASM) at the Dagestan food industry enterprise – Makhachkalinskii Gormolzavod OAO (Makhachkala city milk factory). The SWOT analysis used by the authors makes it possible to assess the current state and functional features of the enterprise under consideration, as well as to determine strategic goals for improving its management, and the use of the maximum capabilities of the automated project management system was accepted as the main one. According to the authors, it is in this approach to management in current conditions that the main reserves for improving the efficiency of functioning, rational use of limited material, labor and financial resources, optimization of the indicators of business and financial performance of Makhachkalinskii Gormolzavod OAO are laid. Taking into account the given management priority, Bitrix24 computer software product, which significantly increases the efficiency of the enterprise by improving the control of working hours, business communication of employees with each other and the manager, optimization of the organizational structure and automation of business processes, has been successfully mastered at the enterprise. For the full-fledged operation of this automated control system in the market environment, it is important to combine its functions with the capabilities of domestic accounting programs, from which 1C:Enterprise has been taken at the enterprise. The possibilities and advantages of the customer relationship management system CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as a Bitrix24 software application are also described. By means of simple economic and mathematical calculations, the authors show the possibility of increasing labor productivity at the enterprise up to 80%. At the same time, the annual economic effect of the introduction of the automated control system at the Makhachkalinskii Gormolzavod OAO is estimated at 1.9 million rubles.
