Abstract

To effectively manage an enterprise, based on traditional management methods, innovations, that is, new, improved and non-traditional approaches in management, should be used, because today, the basis of any type of enterprise management is highly effective activity based on progressive innovative factors. One of them is the management of labor resources, aimed at ensuring normal working conditions and building constructive relationships between employers, employees and the state. To effectively manage an enterprise, based on traditional management methods, innovations, that is, new, improved and non-traditional approaches in management, should be used, because today, the basis of any type of enterprise management is highly effective activity based on progressive innovative factors. One of them is the management of labor resources, aimed at ensuring normal working conditions and building constructive relationships between employers, employees and the state. All functions of the management of labor resources at the enterprise in the sphere of services should be closely interconnected and collectively constitute a single process of management of labor resources, whose purpose is a more efficient, innovative-oriented labor activities of staff. At the same time, the basis of the development of management of labor resources at the enterprise, there is a deliberate activity on the introduction of new, more effective methods of labor management. At the same time, the modern manager often faces a variety of problems that require him to have a certain ability to make the necessary changes in the management and operation of innovative enterprises. This is achieved, first of all, on the basis of innovation activity aimed at realization of specific innovative goals, optimal results of rational use of scientific, labor, material and financial resources, application of various principles, functions and methods of economic mechanism. At the same time, the modern manager often faces a variety of problems that require him to have a certain ability to make the necessary changes in the management and operation of innovative enterprises. This is achieved, first of all, on the basis of innovation activity aimed at realization of specific innovative goals, optimal results of rational use of scientific, labor, material and financial resources, application of various principles, functions and methods of economic mechanism.
