Abstract

The article is devoted to the methodology of teaching the discipline “Engineering Graphics” at universities. By the example of modern graphic packages, the fragments of calculation-graphic works within the section “Engineering Graphics and Computer Modeling” performed both in manual and computer implementation are given. The authors present the examples of serious advantages of “3D-modeling” section introduction into the educational process of general education departments of universities in terms of spatial imagination development that is so necessary to the modern constructor.
