Abstract

In order to conduct this research to phenomenologically analyze golf players’ thoughts on off-season training. From December 2022 to January 2023, six professional golf players participating in off-season training were selected as research participants by applying the snowball sampling method. Main data was collected through in-depth interviews. For data analysis, recorded data were transcribed and analyzed using phenomenological qualitative research methods. As a result of the analysis, the selection of off-season training and the results of off-season training. were derived. In conclusion, off-season training can be evaluated as a practice process, and the off-season training of golf players is theoretically presented. It will be most important for such off-season training to continue to be systematically and educationally operated.
