Abstract
近年，製品事故が多発している．消費者事故情報一元化システム構築が政府の優先課題になるなど，日本における事故情報の収集体制については整備の方向に向けて動きつつある．しかし，こうした事故情報収集体制の整備とあわせて，製品事故情報システムから得られる情報に立脚した客観的なリスク評価が定着していない．本稿では，安全および傷害に関する国際標準を適用することで製品事故データを分類し，ハザード・マトリックスやリスク・マトリックスを用いる製品リスク評価法を提案した．本提案手法の実施可能性と有用性を示すために，提案手法を製品評価技術基盤機構の事故データベースに登録されている玩具製品事故へ適用した．
