Abstract

Purpose: The relationships among self-leadership, service orientation, organizational fairness, and SCM performance are investigated by conducting a study with workers at domestic logistics companies.
 Research design, data, and methodology: This research analyzes the relationships among the above variables based on 170 pieces of data. Validity was tested with confirmatory factor analysis, Path analysis of the hypothesis confirmed there is no problem with model fit because the criteria were met or similar values were shown.
 Results: The main results of this study show the importance of improving self-leadership in research focusing on service orientation and organizational fairness in SCM performance for logistics company workers.
 Conclusions: This study provides academic and practical implications by examining the effects of workers' SCM performance, self-leadership and service orientation, organizational fairness, and their effects on each other through empirical analysis focusing on the logistics industry. Service orientation and organizational fairness should be increased to improve SCM performance, and self-leadership of organizational members has a positive effect on service orientation and organizational fairness for logistics workers.
