O2O service has been actively operated recently with the participation of many startup companies. Also, SCM has been widely introduced in O2O service industry. In this study, we conducted an empirical analysis on the effect of collaborative methods and the collaborative SCM between O2O startups and suppliers on SCM performance. A frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted for validity and reliability of our model. The research hypotheses were verified through model fit analysis and the structural causality of the research concept was examined through the path analysis of the structural equation. We found that collaborative methods had no significant effect on collaborative SCM, however collaborative methods and collaborative SCM had a significant influence on SCM performance.
