Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among exercise satisfaction, health behavior and sociality. The 320 survey questionnaires were distributed the subjects who participate in life-time sports in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Due to the reliability of data, 303 samples were put to actual analysis. By using SPSS Windows ver. 21.0 and AMOS 18.0, data were analyzed through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. The results were as followings. First, exercise satisfaction had a significant influence on health behavior. Second, exercise satisfaction had not a significant influence on sociality. Third, health behavior had a significant influence on sociality. Fourth, health behavior mediated between exercise satisfaction and sociality. Thus, this study shows the importance of health behavior to accomplish sociality through exercise satisfaction.
