Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the exchange relationship between a dancer and a choreographer exchange (LMX), self-efficacy, and dance immersion for professional dancers. In order to achive this goal, as of 2022, dancers belong to dance groups located in Korea were set as the population. Convenience samplin was used as the sampling method, and 196 people were finally extracted and analyzed. A questionnaire was used as the survey tool, and t-test, one way ANOVA, Multiple Regression Analysis, and path Analysis were used using the statistical program SPSS/PC Window 26.0 Version. Finally, their self-efficacy had positive(+) influences on their dance immersion. That is, their a dancer and a choreographer exchange(LMX) had diect and indirect effects on their dance immersion and also direct effects on their self-efficacy. That is, their self-efficacy was an important mediating variable to serve as a link between their a dancer and a choreographer exchange(LMX) and dance immersion.
