Abstract

Introduction. The synergetic efficiency of pedagogical macro technology “Classroom Synergy Management” based on a competence, activity, subject-subjective and synergetic approaches is grounded in the article. It is a combination of well-known technologies of developing, problem, interactive, collective, group and modular training. The technologies of motivation of training and organization of self-management, the step-by-step insight and development of activity, planning of lessons and development of each student of a class are offered.Purpose. There is the theoretical substantiation of the macrophysiology’s effectiveness in generating the key competencies of each student of the class by managing its synergy.Methods. The theoretical, applied and qualitative scientific and pedagogical methods of research, the synthesis of technologies and pedagogical approaches.Results. Effective pedagogical macro technology of managing the synergy of the class to form the key competencies of all its students.The theoretical substantiation of its efficiency and pedagogical conditions of its application in the classroom system.Originality. Effective macro technology is the formation of key competencies of each student of the class, which is the result of the synergy of the combination of self-organization management of the class and the composition of new pedagogical approaches and technologies. Management technologies: motivation for the development of competence, classroom co-organization, multilevel task-solving during the working in a team, collective multidimensional insight and phased mastering of actions, total and public control, maximum activity of training sessions.Conclusions. The effectiveness of this technology is based on: the synergistic effect of a harmonious combination of pedagogical approaches and technologies; maximizing the contributing efforts of students and teachers through its new role, new systems of motivation and assessment; the focus of the educational process on the development of personality; on heuristic methods and differentiated learning; on the method of accelerated training B. Badmayev; on the synergistic effect of managing self-organization of the class.
