Abstract
У статті здійснено спробу глибше дослідити питання з’ясування ефективних традиційних методів на заняттях з української мови для становлення та розвитку лексичної компетенції здобувачів аграрної вищої освіти. Охарактеризовано традиційні методи на різних етапах розвитку лексичної компетенції, завдання яких полягає у формуванні свідомої мовної особистості з розвиненим мовленням, мисленням, інтелектом, емоційно-естетичним сприйняттям мови, мовним чуттям, мовним етикетом, багатим словниковим запасом.
