Abstract

Studies of Zr-B-N thin films with specific optical properties have been carried out. It is shown that an increase in the volume fraction of N2 in the gas mixture and, as a consequence, the concentration of nitrogen in the coatings leads to an increase in the optical transmittance due to the formation of the BN phase.
